Lighthouse workshop 2017. A blue and sustainable future - how do we get there?

14 November is the day for Lighthouse annual workshop. This year we welcome John Holmberg, professor of Physical Resource Theory and he also holds Sweden's first UNESCO Chair in Education for Sustainable Development.
The day will be about back-casting och together we will try to form a vision a future sustainable shipping.

The day will:
• present results from Lighthouse pre-studies
• introduce Lighthouse post-doctors
• give an introduction to back-casting
• through a workshop concretise the vision for a future sustainable shipping.

- Improved performance forecasting and optimisation of ship operation
- In-door positioning of RoRo-vessels
- Sustainability classification for vessels
